If you're not satisfied with your Pro or Builder plan, we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase. No questions asked.
2How to Request a Refund
Email support@cravio.work with your registered email and we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
3After 7 Days
Refunds after 7 days are granted at our discretion. Annual plan users can receive a prorated refund.
4Cancellation
You can cancel your plan at any time from your Settings page. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
