1Acceptance
By using Cravio (cravio.work), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2Service Description
Cravio provides online tools for business, HR, and design professionals. Our tools are offered in three tiers: Free, Pro, and Builder.
3Free Tier Limits
Free users are limited to 5 tasks per day (3 for AI-powered tools). Each tool use counts as one task. Tasks reset every 24 hours. PDFs generated under the free plan include a tasteful watermark.
4Paid Plans
Pro and Builder plans are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed through Dodo Payments. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled.
5Device Limits
Paid plans are limited to 2 devices per account. A third device will trigger a "Device limit reached" notification.
6API Usage (Builder)
Builder plan includes API access limited to 2,000 calls per day. Exceeding this limit will result in rate limiting until the next calendar day (UTC midnight reset).
7Liability
Documents generated through Cravio are for informational purposes. Cravio is not responsible for the legal validity of generated documents. Always consult a professional for legally binding documents.
